Lowell Ivey, a former prison inmate and now a pastor of a church in Virginia Beach, talks with PDM director Fred Sloan. The video also features Fred talking with a newly released inmate and segments with Andy Duke, a PDM board member and volunteer. Andy reads a letter from an inmate, and Andy also shares his own personal testimony.
